I am engaged to Lee Cummins from Roundwood. I enjoy cooking, traveling and swimming. I work as a special needs assistant in a primary school in Greystones - a very fulfilling job. I also sponsor a child in Uganda and write to the family on a regular basis. I am really looking forward to working with the children in Africa as this has always been one of my biggest dreams
